　　Rakicidin A is a cyclic depsipeptide that has exhibited unique growth inhibitory activity against chronic myelogenous leukemia stem cells.Furthermore,rakicidin A has five chiral centers with unknown stereochemical assignment,and thus,can be represented by one of 32 possible stereoisomers.
