There is a mass transport of the flammable,explosive,toxic dangerous goods in the chemical industrial park.Moving major hazard installations are then formed.The model of the quantitative risk analysis of dangerous goods road transportation (usually,pool fire,flash fire,jet fire,UVCE,fire ball,BLEVE,toxic leak or proliferation etc) and its optimization is proposed here.The model is based on graph theory,consequence-based quantitative risk analysis theory,and theories of multitargets decisionmaking.
