采用水溶液聚合法,将自制的酯化大单体聚乙二醇单甲醚甲基丙烯酸酯(MPEGMA)与甲基丙烯酸(MAA)、木质素磺酸盐、甲基丙烯磺酸钠(SMAS)共聚合成一种新型聚羧酸-木质素磺酸盐共聚减水剂。通过试验对比木质素磺酸盐用量对共聚产物性能的影响,以及共聚产物同聚羧酸系减水剂与木质素磺酸盐复配减水剂的性能,证明聚羧酸-木质素磺酸盐共聚减水剂具有更好的塑化效果和增强效果。工程应用表明,掺加聚羧酸-木质素磺酸盐共聚减水剂制备的混凝土在粘聚性和可泵性方面具有较好的优势,混凝土不易出现泌水、离析和扒底现象。
