To study the growth factor binding capacity of alginate composite scaffolds which cross-linked with RGD, IKVAV,Genipin respectively.The growth factor ephrin-B2/FC were fixed on different alginate composite scaffolds that cross-linked with RGD,IKVAV or Genipin.Using electron microscopy to scanning the structure of each scaffold, and measured their capacity of absorb growth factor by ELISA.
