背景：肝移植是目前治疗终末期肝病最有效的治疗方式，近年来随着外科学、影像学尤其是免疫抑制剂的应用，移植受者生存率获得了显著提高。但长期的免疫抑制剂如他克莫司(FK506)的应用会带来许多严重的副作用如感染、肾毒性、代谢紊乱等。
