The lipid content of Eriocheir sinensis decide the survival rate of E.sinensis,especially in young stage,and cannot be solved by conventional method,including needle puncture and naked eye observation.The method for detecting the lipid content of hepatopancreas and gonadal of E. Sinensis directly has been establish in the paper, in order to construct the linear relationship between the lipid content of hepatopancreas and gonadal and the amount of signal, to calculate the lipid content of E.Sinensis. The results showed that standard curve equation was y=5026.6806x+7.6764, the correlation coefficient(R2) was 0.9999, the spiked recoveries were in the middle of the 95%~102%. The results of this method are accurate and reliable, simple and operation safety, low cost relatively, high application and popularization value.
