Tetrachlorobisphenol A (TCBPA) is a kind of reactive halogenated flame retardants which is widely used in electronic equipment. The pollution caused by manual mill disassembling of the E-waste is harmful to the environment and human health seriously. In this research,we studied the effects of various environmental factors on anaerobic degradation of TCBPA,the biodegradation pathway of TCBPA,and the change of microbial community during TCBPA biodegradation.
