　　The severe,chronic pain that often follows spinal cord injury(SCI)is thought to depend upon alterations in spinal and supraspinal neurons.Our findings shows that an increased spontaneous activity(SA)in DRG is generated after contusion,and such increased SA lasts from 30 min to 2 months.
