为筛选出适合湖北武汉地区使用的种衣剂类型,试验挑选了四种常用水稻种衣剂,采用常规湿润育秧法,检测水稻种子包衣后对种子的发芽率、秧苗基本素质、秧苗的抗逆能力(如CAT、POD、SOD三种酶活力)、游离脯氨酸、丙二醛(MDA)、叶绿素含量以及根系活力。结果表明,四种种衣剂中,亮盾和稻喆种衣剂具有促进种子萌发与秧苗生长,增强秧苗的抗逆性和提高秧苗综合素质,提高秧苗的叶绿素含量和根系活力。包衣处理后秧苗的成秧率相应增加了5.56%和4.81%,根系活力相应增强了13.3%和12.2%,过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性分别增加了50.01%和42.17%,过氧化物酶(POD)活性分别增加了15.18%和11.43%,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性分别增加了3.05%和2.39%,与对照相比差异显著(P<0.05),其效果远远高于2.5%咯菌腈和咪鲜·吡虫啉2.5%悬浮种衣剂。
In order to screen out the types of seed coating suitable for use in Wuhan, Hubei Province, four commonly used rice seed coating agents were selected and tested. The seed germination rate, seedling quality, seedling resistance Inverse ability (such as CAT, POD, SOD three enzyme activities), free proline, malondialdehyde (MDA), chlorophyll content and root activity. The results showed that Liangshuitun and Daozhe seed coating agents could promote seed germination and seedling growth, enhance the stress resistance of seedlings and improve the overall quality of seedlings, and improve the chlorophyll content and root activity of the seedlings. After the treatment, the seedling transplanting rate increased by 5.56% and 4.81%, root activity increased by 13.3% and 12.2%, CAT activity increased by 50.01% and 42.17%, respectively. Peroxidase (POD) activity increased by 15.18% and 11.43%, SOD activity increased by 3.05% and 2.39%, respectively, compared with the control (P <0.05), the effect was much higher than 2.5 % Fludioxonil and imidacloprid 2.5% suspended seed coating.
