Medical imaging data have been widely applied for prognosis,screening,diagnosis,and treatment of various diseases in modern health care.In this study,we consider a scalar on image regression model that includes ultrahigh dimensional imag-ing data as explanatory covariates for the scalar response of interest,which is subject to nonignorable missingness.
