  The quality of Mass Customization products emphasizes comprehensive and prior control.Using the simulation software Flexsim can get the anticipated quality data of products effectively.And the software Minitab not only has strong statistical analysis and chart functions,but also has special quality tools and six sigma modules.Considering that,this paper studied the secondary development of the interface support of Flexsim and Minitab,using ODBC to realize the offline interaction while VB as the midware of online interaction.Then the open interactive system based on Flexsim/Minitab was designed and developed.And it was applied in MC producion to monitor and analyze the real-time quality and process capability of front-end products by Minitab through the interface link automatically,detecting the system exceptions timely and realizing the prior control to improve the quality control ability.
