目的:探讨丹曲林对大鼠离体心脏缺血再灌注损伤的作用,观察丹曲林对离体大鼠心脏血流动力学、乳酸脱氢酶活性、心肌梗死面积、糖代谢相关酶活性的影响。方法:采用健康雄性Wistar大鼠(n=48)建立Langendorff离体心脏灌注模型,分为三组,正常对照组、缺血再灌注组和丹曲林预处理组,对照组持续灌注120分钟:缺血再灌注组平衡30min后全心缺血30分钟,再灌注60分钟;丹曲林预处理组平衡5min后
