CHK抑制剂是一种DNA损伤治疗的有效药物。近来，组蛋白去乙酰化酶抑制剂显示对几种癌症有效，包括非霍奇金淋巴瘤。为了评估上述两种小分子抑制剂联合应用对人淋巴瘤的治疗效果，我们通过体内和体外实验评价了AR42(组蛋白去乙酰化酶抑制剂)和CHK Ⅱ抑制剂联合治疗的效果。
