Regulation of protein function through oxidative modifications has emerged as an important molecular mechanism that modulates numerous biological processes.As the first step toward understanding the roles of redox-sensitive proteins as molecular switches in physiological and developmental pathways in plants, we have taken two redox proteomics approaches to identify redox-sensitive thiol proteins from Arabidopsis.
