Organic electrical bistable devices (OBD) have attracted extensive interests due to their special properties such as simple fabrication process, large memory density and low power consumption.A wide variety of materials, including conjugated polymers, small molecular organic material and organic/inorganic composites, have been applied to achieve better devices performance.In this study, we fabricated electrical bistable devices based on pherical silver sulfide (Ag2S) utilizing spin coating method.
