Objective: To study the clinical application value of spiral CT in the cystadenoma and cystadenocarcinoma of the ovary.Methods: The study group included 260 patients who were suspected of small disease,from january,2000 to january,2010.CT features of 46 cases with histologically proven epithelial tumors of the ovary were retrospectively reviewed.
