【摘要】

：

目的甲状腺癌(thyroid carcinoma,TC)是最常见的内分泌恶性肿瘤。蛋白激酶A(protein kinase A,PKA)参与多种细胞的生物学调控。环化腺核苷一磷酸(Cyclic Adenosine monophosphate,cAMP)在真核生物中的主要功能是激活cAMP 依赖性蛋白激酶(PKA)。
