Pangxi 垌 - Jinshan silver gold ore field is located in the south of Qinhang Hang (Zhou Yongzhang et al., 2015) in the southwestern side of the cloud open block, east of the Bobai - Cenxi fault. The region mainly exposed the pre-Cambrian Yunkai group, Paleozoic mixed rocks and sedimentary rocks. The fault structure in the area is mainly north-east Pangxiu-Jinshan fault with brittle-ductile shear zone characteristics, showing left-lateral characteristics on the plane, followed by the NE-NE and NW-trending sub-faults. The magmatic activities are frequent, and are dominated by Tangpeng and Yingqiao rock masses in the Yanshan period, with the Yingqiao rock mass spreading northeastward along the Pangxiu-Jinshan fault. Ore bodies are mostly found in the fault breccias and secondary faults in the Pangxiu-Jinshan fault zone. The ore bodies are lenticular and appear to be stratified to the east
