目的 探讨孕晚期妇女睡眠质量及体力活动对其泌乳时间的影响。方法 于2013 年3 月至2013 年9 月选取成都市妇幼医疗机构产前门诊599 名6～12 周健康孕妇作为研究对象，通过问卷调查、人体测量和病历记录等方法 获得孕妇孕前体重、孕期体重、身高及基本信息；分别于孕第36±1 周和分娩后追踪随访收集孕晚期睡眠质量、体力活动、分娩方式、新生儿出生体重、泌乳时间及被动吸烟、膳食能量摄入等信息；将孕妇每日动态活动总时间(站立、走动、做家务)按三等位法分为体力活动不活跃、较活跃、活跃三个水平组，在控制孕妇年龄、文化程度、孕前BMI、分娩方式、新生儿出生体重、被动吸烟、膳食能量摄入等混杂因素后，采用多因素有序logistic 回归模型分析孕妇孕晚期睡眠质量及体力活动与泌乳时间的关系。
