The genotypes of ten Citrus tristeza virus (CTV) isolates from central China were determined by examining multiple molecular markers (MMMs) using 11 primer pairs based on four genome regions. Results revealed that one isolate contained single T30 genotype, two isolates contained single VT genotype, and other seven isolates were mixtures of two to four genotypes.Sequence analyzes indicated a high genetic diversity in Chinese CTV populations.T36 and B165 genotypes were identified from Chinese CTV isolates for the first time by sequence analyzes of MMMs,however, they formed phylogenetic clades separated from the standard isolates.
