目的:观察加味麻附辛汤治疗阳虚寒凝型动脉硬化闭塞症的临床疗效.方法:对中医辨证属于阳虚寒凝证的60例动脉硬化闭塞症患者应用加味麻附辛汤治疗2月,观察疗前疗后患者中医症状改善情况及TBI变化.结果:治疗后患者临床症状明显改善(p＜0.05),PPG检查较治疗前明显改善(p＜0.01).结论:加味麻附辛汤可明显改善阳虚寒凝型动脉硬化闭塞症患者临床症状,治疗有效,进一步验证了中医“扶阳”理论的重要性.
