基于三维数字图像相关法的锯齿屈服时空特性研究

  在特定的温度、应变率范围内,许多合金材料在塑性变形阶段中会出现反复的锯齿形塑性失稳现象,即Portevin-Le Chatelier(PLC)效应。时域上常表现为应力-应变曲线上的锯齿状的反复屈服,或局部区域的应变-时间曲线上的阶梯状屈服平台;而在空域其表现为变形局域化,即变形集中于试件局部区域,通常成带状,称PLC 带。
