Lithium-ion batteries (LIBs) have been widely used in portable electronic devices and are also considered as promising power sources in electric vehicles and hybrid electric vehicles.Mesoporous materials are intriguing electrode materials for LIBs due to its unique properties, such as their mesopores enable electrolyte ions to be transported smoothly, their thin walls provide a very short transport length for lithium ions, and their high porosity could provide free space to accommodate the volume change during cycling.
