Carbon nanoparticles(CNPs),such as graphene nanosheets(GNs),carbon nanotubes(CNTs)and carbon nanospheres(CNSs),have displayed extraordinary mechanical,electrical and thermal properties.They accordingly have potential applications in diverse fields from energy conservation to disease therapy.In parallel,there is a general biosafety concern for human exposure of CNPs.
