The ABX3 perovskite have presented superior performance in many fields, such as fluorescent light, polarized emission, photodetector, laser.Recently, people found that the halide perovskites showed great performance in nonlinear optics.Herein, all inorganic colloidal CsPbX3 perovskite quantum dots were synthesized and investigated in third-order optical nonlinearities.The colloidal CsPbX3 NCs with controlling-size exhibited the high luminescent intensity, superior quantum efficiency (above 78%) and the narrow-band emission tuning.Moreover, the third-order nonlinear optical property of all inorganic colloidal perovskite quantum dots (CsPbCl3, CsPbBr3, CsPbI3) was measured by using the Z-scan technique, which showed excellent third-order optical nonlinearity (about 3 × 10-11 esu).These results demonstrate that all inorganic colloidal CsPbX3 perovskite quantum dots can be employed in nonlinear optoelectronic devices.
