A successful university should have Top Management with a constant thirst to achieve the highest quality standards,in Academics,Research and Administrative matters.This desire can be fulfilled through an efficient Internal Quality Assurance Agency(IQAA).In Pakistan,the External Quality Assurance Agency(EQAA)is Higher Education Commission(HEC)and to implement the instructions of HEC,each University has a setup,named Quality Enhancement Cell(QEC).Though,the financial burden of QEC is on University but it directly reports to HEC on Quality Assurance matters.
