Introduction Skehan, P. & Pauline Foster (2001: 184) pointed out that how to focus attention on forms without undermining the communicative nature of the task is a focus of interest in recent years. In the foreign language teaching community in the West, we experienced communicative teaching that completely ruled out “meaningful focus” in the 1980s.
