吡啶联吡唑双酰肼类化合物的合成及除草活性

以取代苯酚,氯乙酸乙酯,2,6-二氯吡啶等为起始原料,经取代、肼基化、环合、水解、酸化、缩合等一系列反应合成了一系列反应,得到12个未见报道的吡啶联吡唑双酰肼类化合物1a~1l,其所有结构经1H NMR表征,部分化合物的结构经IR、MS表征.培养皿法测定结果表明:在200mg/L的处理剂量下,大部分目标化合物均表现出一定的除草活性,其中化合物1j,1k和1l对油菜的抑制率都达到100%.盆栽试验表明:在有效成分150g/hm2剂量下,采用苗后茎叶喷雾处理,化合物1l对靶标杂草芥菜、繁缕的抑制率分别为80%,70%;相同剂量下采用苗前土壤喷雾处理,化合物1l对芥菜的抑制率为50%.
