As the growing of economy and improvement of peoples living standards, fast and safe delivery methods become more and more popular.Express industry is an emerging industry in China.After nearly three decades of development, express delivery industry gets mature.As the rapid development of online shopping, delivery business of express companies soared.And the weakness foundation of a number of express companies results in mismatch between development requirements and personnel, equipment, facilities, delivery networks, and so on.As Chinas lax supervision of this industry, the entrance threshold of express market is low.Together with the entry of large multinational companies, the competition in the express industry gets more and more intense.Meanwhile, the "Express Company Rating Management (trial)" issued by the State Post Bureau has a serious impact on small and medium express companies.In this paper, the way of the private express companies surviving and moving forward is analyzed using the SWOT method.
