Rational design and fabrication of noble-metal-free catalyst for oxygen reduction reaction(ORR) is promising in fuel cells and metal-air batteries.Here,we report a solution-based route for constructing three-dimensional(3D) architecture from two-dimensional(2D) graphene sheets by combining hydrothermal method and subsequently thermal treatment.
