Actuators are common control mechanisms in most aircrafts.This paper studies the vibration and flutter(a common kind of self-oscillation) characteristics of an actuator-redder system which has structural nonlinearity.Flutter equations in frequency-domain and time-domain are established through improving ideas of dynamic sub-structure methods.This method makes the effects of dynamic stiffness and nonlinearity to be directly expressed in the equation.The iterative procedure and discribing function are applied in flutter analysis.Currently.
