256层CT全脑灌注成像在胶质瘤术后放射治疗后的应用价值研究
目的 本研究通过256层全脑CT灌注成像对胶质瘤术后放射治疗前后进行定量测量肿瘤及周边的灌注参数，探讨256层CT全脑灌注成像在评价胶质瘤放疗效果中的意义。方法 对36例胶质瘤患者分别于手术后开始放疗前、后1周行256层CT全脑灌注扫描，利用专业后处理软件记录感兴趣区内各项血流灌注参数，计算其平均值作为病变区灌注参数的绝对值，来进行胶质瘤术后放疗前后相同位置的数据比较，从而评价胶质瘤术后的放射治疗

乳腺线圈在乳腺扫描中无创性评估前哨淋巴结价值
目的 探讨乳腺常规扫描中，单独使用乳腺线圈对前哨淋巴结的诊断价值.方法 回顾分析我院2013.11-2014.12期间做乳腺MRI检查的患者共1592人次，其中首次确诊乳腺癌，未行任何治疗，且在我院行前哨淋巴结活检及术前超声评估腋窝淋巴结的患者共114例.记录乳腺磁共振常规扫描及超声检测出最可疑腋窝淋巴结的长短径，计算淋巴结的纵横比；没有腋窝淋巴结显示的记录为阴性.
