To sovle the problems met by Chinese enterprises in India for developing business,the paper gives some suggestions: take its eyes off the initial cost if an enterprise wishes to develop business in India; do not rule Chinese and India locals in the same way; pay attention on documents of certification.; do not overlook the special clauses especially involvement of the local work force; do not keep in mind outgoins too much,shall consider the overall incomings.
