通过裂纹宏观分析、金相显微镜和扫描电子显微镜对Q235-B钢板局部冷弯时钢板出现开裂裂纹剖面分析和裂纹微观分析。结果表明,钢板材料局部存在严重组织偏析、且钢板金相组织不均匀和钢板内存在粗大夹杂物,能谱分析结果表明这些粗大的夹杂物为聚集的硫化物,这些都是造成钢板冷弯后出现开裂的主要原因。
The cracking analysis and crack microstructure analysis of Q235-B plate were carried out by macro-analysis of crack, metallographic microscope and scanning electron microscope. The results show that there are some serious segregations in the steel plate, and the microstructure of the steel plate is not uniform and there are coarse inclusions in the steel plate. The results of energy spectrum analysis show that these coarse inclusions are aggregated sulfides, which are caused by cold bending Cracking the main reason.
