本文首先明确一种计算机应用的定义,即计算机是一个工具,选择合适的工具处理相应的工作,这样才能物尽其用,顺利的完成工作.从计算机使用者应具备的硬件、软件技能,及平时应养成良好的使用习惯,到计算机管理者应做的相关工作,从教学,到论证,最终得出提升基层单位计算机使用效率的三点建议.
数字化油田需提升基层单位计算机应用能力探讨
