　　In Parkinson disease(PD),the main pathological change is dopaminergic neurons death in SNc.Patients with PD have deficits in motor skill learning,which mechanism is still unclear.Synaptic plasticity including neural circuitry remodeling and LTP inducement in motor cortex were proven to be the foundation of motor skill learning.
