Based on the review of classic prediction theory,this paper gives the rules of prediction interval.It takes into account not only the credibility of the prediction interval,but also incorporated into the loss functionf in the process of seeking prediction interval.In the framework,when the loss function satisfy certain conditions,the prediction intervals that we get is same with the classic results.
