Monoliths with hierarchical porosity have aroused great interest due to their potential applications in the industrial fields.These materials have been proven to be promising catalysts because the incorporation of macropores and mesopores not only greatly increases mass transfer but also makes reactant easier access to the active sites, which favors the improvement of the catalytic performance[1].Based on above characteristics, much attention has been paid to the preparation of titania-silica monoliths and some methods were exploited.
