研究了P对GH4169Plus合金组织和性能的影响规律及影响机理。实验结果表明:与P对GH4169合金的影响规律类似,P对GH4169Plus合金的拉伸性能影响不大,但可以显著提高合金的持久寿命;而且实验发现P对合金中δ相的析出有一定抑制作用。考虑到P对合金的综合性能影响,建议将P在GH4169Plus中的含量控制在100×10-6左右。结合金相显微镜、扫描电镜就P对GH4169Plus合金组织和性能的影响机理进行了研究。
The effect of P on the microstructure and properties of GH4169Plus alloy and its influence mechanism were studied. The experimental results show that the effect of P on GH4169 alloy is similar, P has little effect on the tensile properties of GH4169Plus alloy, but it can significantly increase the alloy’s long-term life. Moreover, it is found that P inhibits the precipitation of δ phase in the alloy . Considering the effect of P on the overall performance of the alloy, it is recommended to control the content of P in GH4169Plus to about 100 × 10-6. Combining with metallographic microscope and scanning electron microscope, the mechanism of P on the microstructure and properties of GH4169Plus alloy was studied.
