本工程因建筑平面功能及空间设计的需要,四层以下较空旷,结构单体较多,各单体之间连接较弱,平面、竖向均为不规则结构,四层以上通过大跨度结构使各单体连接成较规则的口字形,有利于抗震;结构形式主要选用了钢筋混凝土框架-剪力墙结构,局部采用大跨度钢桁架转换,桁架以上为钢框架结构,减轻了上部重量;在设计过程中采取了若干计算与构造措施,对个别节点进行了处理。
