Carbon-doped boron-nitride nano-ribbons have good second-order nonlinear optical properties because of their polar nature[1],ACS Photonics].In the present work,two-dimensional second-order nonlinear optical(NLO)spectroscopy[2] has been used to characterize the second-order nonlinear optical properties of some carbon-doped Boron-nitride nano-ribbons.The correlation between NLO properties and structure(geometric and electronic)of those nano-ribbons is analyzed with quantum chemical methods and sum-over-states model.
