本文分析计算了可能使塑料弹带在出炮口后脱落的各种力对弹带強度的影响,找到了使塑料弹带破坏的主要因素,並且进行了实验验证。还探讨了塑料弹带的脱落对弹丸射程和射击密集度的影响,提出塑料弹带在炮口附近脱落必须保证迅速性、一致性和对称性,並且介绍了滿足以上要求的设计方法。 This paper analyzes and calculates the impact of the various forces that may cause the plastic straps to fall off after the muzzle to affect the strength of the straps, finds the main factors that destroy the plastic straps, and verifies the experiments. In addition, the influence of the falling off of the plastic band on projectile range and firing density was also discussed. It was pointed out that the plastic band should be promptly dropped off near the muzzle, promptly, consistently and symmetrically. The design method to meet the above requirements was also introduced.
