本实验旨在通过不同浓度IL4对羊肺泡巨噬细胞进行诱导培养使其向M2型巨噬细胞发生转换,并对经诱导后M2型肺泡巨噬细胞进行鉴定分析。方法：通过分离培养绵羊肺泡巨噬细胞并分经不同浓度IL4(10ng/ml,20ng/ml,50ng/ml)对肺泡巨噬细胞进行不同时间段的诱导培养成M2型肺泡巨噬细胞。通过红细胞吞噬实验及吞噬球吞噬实验对诱导后巨噬细胞吞噬能力进行检验, 通过 PCR对包括TNFa, IL1
