　　In this paper,the dynamic simulation analysis of a micro bi-stable plate is carried out by using ABAQUS,where the plate center is fixed but the quadrilateral is free.Considering the size effect of the micro structure,and introducing a strain gradient term in the constitutive equation,authors construct a new shell element.
