硫化镉(CdS)是一种常见的光催化半导体材料,其能隙宽度为2.4eV,因此可以利用可见光启动光化学反应过程.我们利用可见至近红外光激发-中红外光探测的纳秒时间分辨光谱即中间能级激发扫描-光生载流子时间分辨中红外探测的实验方法(1)确定了硫化镉费米能级的位置,同时确定了硫化镉半导体颗粒的中间能级分布.
