偶联剂改性TiO2颗粒填充弹性体的电流变性研究

电流变弹性体作为一种刚度可调智能材料,其耗能特性等重要性能尚缺乏系统研究.本文中以无定型态TiO2及偶联剂改性后颗粒作为填充相材料制备出电流变弹性体材料,并测试其动态粘弹性能.研究结果发现填充有TiO2/V1颗粒的电流变弹性体材料在不同应变频率下具有更高的剪切模量,同时应力应变滞回曲线表明该种弹性体的能量耗散能力也较对照组更强,这表明采用适当偶联剂改性颗粒后可以提高弹性体的电流变性能以及填充相与基体间的界面结合强度.
