Wnt signaling pathway plays an essential role in tumor invasion and migration.DKK1 is an important inhibitor of Wnt signaling pathway and is a promising target for cancer therapy.The present study was designed to determine the role of DKK1 inendometrial carcinoma (EC) cell invasion and migration using RNA interference (RNAi) technology.DKK1 gene of EC Ishikawa cells was effectively transfected with specific DKK1 siRNA.
