南阳机场航站楼钢屋架工程采用高空散装的方法,屋面采用复合波纹板式结构,钢屋架设计最大跨度36m。屋盖结构施工过程中,设置了四组格构柱作为临时支撑,支撑体系的设计、施工以及卸载方法是南阳机场航站楼钢结构工程的关键。介绍了钢屋架支撑体系的选型设计、卸载施工过程,并针对施工卸载的三种工况的对比计算分析了结构在卸载过程中的受力变化。卸载实施结果证明整套施工技术是成功的,可以为今后类似工程的施工参考借鉴。
The Nanyang Airport terminal steel roof truss project adopts a high-altitude bulk method. The roof adopts a composite corrugated plate structure, and the steel roof truss design has a maximum span of 36m. During the construction of the roof structure, four grid columns were set up as temporary supports. The design, construction, and unloading methods of the support system were the key to the steel structure engineering of the terminal building of Nanyang Airport. The selection and design of steel roof truss support system and the unloading construction process are introduced, and the force changes in the unloading process of the structure are analyzed according to the comparison of the three conditions of construction unloading. The results of the unloading implementation prove that the entire construction technology is successful and can be used as a reference for future construction of similar projects.
