单绳缠绕式提升机主轴的基本特点是:体积大,重量大,造价昂贵,运行工况复杂,而对其强度及刚度又要求严格。传统的主轴设计方法是类比法,进行初步设计后,再进行强度及刚度校核,这往往是偏于保守的,它是以强度及刚度为优先目标,而不能顾全经济性这个重要指标。这和现代的十分强调经济效益的设计思想显然是不相符合的。对主轴进行优化设计的目的就是在保证主轴强度及刚度的条件下,使主轴的轴径最小,重量最轻,达到设计的最佳可靠性及经济性。
Single rope winding hoist spindle basic features are: bulky, heavy, costly, complex operating conditions, while its strength and rigidity and demanding. The traditional method of spindle design is analogy. After the initial design, the strength and stiffness of the spindle are checked, which is often conservative. It is a key indicator of strength and stiffness as the priority rather than the economy. This is obviously not in line with the modern design philosophy that emphasizes economic benefits. The purpose of optimizing the spindle design is to ensure the spindle strength and stiffness under the conditions of the spindle shaft diameter minimum, the lightest weight, to achieve the best reliability and economy of design.
