Objective Fish is a nutritionally well-balanced delicacy,providing energy,highqualityproteins,vitamins,essential metals and especially omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs).Fish intake has been associated with a reduced risk of major chronic diseases,including cardiovascular disease,diabetes,cancer and Alzheimers disease.
